- Research reports that are available for download from the BuildForce Canada website can be downloaded and printed in their entirety as often as is required.

- A portion of a research report can be photocopied if accompanied by the source clearly displayed in a manner approved by BuildForce Canada.
- No part of the research can be modified or repackaged or used for any commercial purpose or sold by any organization without written permission from BuildForce Canada.
Labour market information:
- Labour market information can be downloaded from buildforce.ca or constructionforecasts.ca. The source must be clearly displayed in a manner approved by BuildForce Canada when using the data.
- BuildForce Canada LMI reports may be reproduced in their entirety for individual use.
- No part of the LMI reports can be modified or repackaged or used for any commercial purpose or sold by any organization without written permission from BuildForce Canada.
Hard-copy products
- A maximum of 10% of any product may be photocopied once, provided that each page used is reproduced in its entirety without modification. The source must be clearly displayed in a manner approved by BuildForce Canada on the reproduced pages.

Online training products
- Online training programs cannot be used for commercial purposes by anyone other than BuildForce Canada approved distributors.
